Who you are: 

?You are a**?Senior Enterprise Product Manager**?who can comfortably step in to collaborate with the existing team and to thoroughly map out what our product’s need to look like from the user perspective and the total user experience.?The ideal candidate has worked within financial services and has managed products end to end (from inception to delivery) while collecting feedback and prioritizing delivery of specific features.  

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team in charge of building Arootah’s products?
• Define the requirement and the opportunity for each product??
• Apply qualitative and quantitative data and market research to create hypothesis around consumer demand then run tests and build prototypes to validate hypothesis??
• Create a business validation framework that includes testing for product-market-fit and for a business model??
• Plan and oversee the product build-out process??
• Create workflow process, implement them internally and oversee them??
• Create a master schedule and road map for the product build out and manage it??
• Supervise the hiring of key team members:?
• Back-end, technical production lead — responsible to plan and oversee all aspects of the product build out process and to ensure execution happens efficiently and according to plan.??
• Creative agency and marketing???
• Editors and writers???
• Define the requirements for the content of Arootah.com main content hub and its corresponding social channels.??
• Unify the communication and marketing efforts of brand Arootah and our future products,???

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role that includes running Design Method and business validation sprints??
• A clear record of successful delivery and impact in collaboration with a technical Product Lead or engineering team.??
• Familiar with modern programming languages (Python preferred)
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle???
• Experience managing a small team of technical product leads and vendors??
• BA/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing or similar fields??
• Strongly preferred: experience working on a learning or curriculum-driven product (for example ed-tech, online course, skill acquisition)?
• Ability to take an ambiguous problem or product concept, use data-informed brainstorming, identify goals and clear metrics, and drive a team to deliver on those goals.???
• Good user instincts - experience working with design, user research, running experiments, and iterating on ideas to benefit end users.???
• Passionate about high quality communication and personal development - ideally you are an enthusiastic writer, podcaster or videographer yourself.??

$100,000 - $140,000 a year

The Salary range for this position is based on experience, but falls within $100,000 to $140,000 base salary.
