COMPLY is looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers rely on and love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that help our customers harness the power of public data to solve big problems and meet critical business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly understand the product, customer needs, and the market to create and drive effective product strategy, messaging, and the launch of products and solutions that support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Evangelize the product and vision internally and externally to clients, prospects, and the market.
  • Work closely with engineering, oversee product development from conception through launch, and guide ongoing iteration.
  • Develop and leverage data-driven analysis and KPIs to define and drive quality, adoption, and client satisfaction.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to develop product pricing and positioning strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience in an Agile product development team and/or a strong grasp of Agile methodologies
  • Experience using JIRA for product management and cross-functional planning
  • Proven track record managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams and across different organizational functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

$90,000 - $110,000 a year

The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $90,000-$110,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
