As a Product Manager at Flossy, you will champion the product vision for our dental marketplace's supply side, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative tools and programs that empower dental offices and optimize the patient experience.

In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll be the product champion for our dental marketplace’s supply side. You’ll partner with engineers, designers, sales, and account managers to develop and implement innovative tools and programs that empower dental offices to manage appointments seamlessly, optimize the patient experience, and ultimately deliver exceptional care.

What You’ll Do:
Product Vision Champion: You’ll be a strategic contributor, working closely with product leadership to translate product vision and roadmaps into actionable plans.
User Experience Advocate: With a focus on patient and dentist needs, you’ll work with design and engineering to craft intuitive and user-friendly experiences on the Flossy platform. Testing and iterating based on user feedback will be key!
Execution Expert: Partnering closely with engineering, you’ll manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across teams to bring features to life.
Balance Data and Intuition: Data & A/B testing fuel your decisions, but your product sense ensures the best outcomes. Working with the product leadership team, you’ll use those insights to continuously enhance the Flossy platform.

Core Qualifications
* 2 years of product management experience is a must. A background in healthcare, consumer tech, or marketplaces is a major advantage.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and pairing closely with engineers. Strong analytical skills, including a command of A/B testing.
* Exemplary communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
* While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, we’re most interested in candidates with a strong foundation in product management principles, analytical skills, and a passion for user experience.

At Flossy, base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 to $140,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
