About the Role:

As a Product Manager on the EMR team, you will build platform technologies and experiences for providers, customers, and other internal users. In particular, you will collaborate with our telemedicine, clinical, and support teams to build tooling and integrations to support the growing needs of our provider base, through onboarding, credential management, and payments.

You Will:

  • Deeply understand the needs of all users, their desires, and where we can improve
  • Drive product development, from ideation through technical development and launch of products that deliver seamless experiences and grow the business
  • Integrate company strategy, research and market analysis into product requirements to deliver innovative, differentiated user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize EMR initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals
  • Leverage data-backed product vision and strategy for the provider platform, balancing short and long term goals
  • Guide and support a team of engineers to help them achieve the right balance between enabling growth and ensuring a stable and accurate experience for our users
  • Thrive within ambiguity and find new, creative ways to solve problems every day, with data as your guide

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform development. EMR/Healthcare experience not a requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or relevant years of work experience
  • Love of data - you intuitively understand the importance of information in the pursuit of the correct path forward, and you know how to access and leverage tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau, Excel, etc) to do so
  • Deep customer empathy - you are able to understand the “why” behind the “what” we see (or don’t see) in the data
  • Fluent in product methodologies, defining requirements and measurement plans, gaining cross-functional alignment, and launching products
  • Curiosity about problems - for as long as you can remember you have wondered about root causes of discrete problems, systemic issues, systems that work but could be improved, etc. and when given the chance, you take action to improve them
  • Ownership - if something goes wrong, you take initiative by fixing it
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • The ability to see ambiguity as opportunity. You don’t need things to be calm and organized. You don’t shy away from a challenge. You get fulfillment by tackling areas of ambiguity, creating a plan, marshaling resources, and spurring execution.

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
  • Employee discounts on hims & hers & Apostrophe online products
  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution
  • Offsite team retreats
