About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an Associate Product Manager, Fulfillment to join us in delivering on our mission of building a simpler, more streamlined and customer-centric home buying and selling experience. 

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver a seamless transaction experience by working closely with the Transaction Fulfillment development team.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional business partners to drive continued alignment and engagement on specific features, pushing forward the defined product mission, vision, and strategy.
  • Refine and execute against the product roadmap for transactions under contract, identifying KPIs that keep the team focused and excited.
  • Gather product requirements and align them with business outcomes, coordinating product releases cross-functionally and ensuring feature adoption.
  • Analyze product data and industry trends to provide recommendations to ensure we’re always solving the most important problems or opportunities.
  • Take part in the success of outcome-driven projects by suggesting enhancements to product features and collecting & analyzing product data.
  • Get up to speed on the residential real-estate industry and become well-versed in home buying, selling, and valuation.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years experience working in a high-performance startup or technology company within product or adjacent domains such as design, engineering, analytics, BizOps, or program management.
  • Demonstrable skills for product management success - prioritization, problem articulation, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on skills to get things done - with strong interest in continuing to grow your skills.
  • Passion for building meaningful products by identifying high-value opportunities and creating high-quality product requirements..
  • Ability to move fast and find ways to ship a good solution now over a great solution several months from now.
  • Excited about improving the complex, emotional process of buying and selling a home.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborative and open to feedback. Great at developing and maintaining collaborative relationships to continuously improve.
  • Ability to think strategically and dive tactically into the fine detail rapidly.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Launched and iterated on multiple product features and have experience taking products from ideation to daily use by end users.
  • Some SQL or similar analytical scripting skills.
  • Worked in compliance-heavy industries like consumer lending, insurance, or finance.
  • Prior real estate, proptech, or fintech experience.

Pay and benefits:

  • Compensation range: $100,000 - $110,000 base
  • Company-wide bonus
