What you’ll do

  • Play a key role in strategic initiatives developing new product capabilities
  • Become the product owner for your area of focus
  • Conduct market and user research to surface insights and opportunities
  • Work closely with leadership to develop a product strategy and roadmap for your area of focus
  • Work with designers to turn your ideas into compelling designs
  • Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria to provide a clear spec to engineering
  • Be a team player with Engineering and QA to help them build, test and deliver
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to successfully roll out changes
  • Measure, learn and continue to experiment and improve

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a product management role working with customer-facing applications, ideally across web and mobile
  • Direct experience delivering product capabilities of sizable scope to market
  • Strong product sense and a strong eye for product design
  • Strong market and user research, data analysis skills
  • Technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineers
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Successful track record of delivering high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A hands-on, outcome oriented approach—you’ll do whatever it takes to drive impact
  • A commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Nice to have

  • Experience with two-sided marketplaces
  • Experience with UX design and wireframing
  • Experience with web or mobile development

Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
