Driveway Associate Product Manager The Associate Product Manager supports a journey team in analyzing features/functions, operational administration, and delivering metric-driven results for a product vertical. This position will partner with the product leadership team to support tools and feeds operations and deliver enhancements for a product vertical. An ideal candidate will be innovative, adaptable, and have strong organizational skills allowing them to work collaboratively within a team to solve critical business challenges. Responsibilities Communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholder, customers, team members Intake of product and operational enhancement and support requests Manages and delivers small to medium scale product enhancements Assists in the creation product requirements that drive toward incremental and dynamic outcomes Executes product enhancement launches Generates reports and presentations on results findings Updates and maintains reporting for product vertical Define and measure success using quantitative and qualitative methods Performs market research and collects customer feedback Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Design leads to drive business outcomes Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Sense of urgency Active listening Critical thinking Time management 1-2 years of experience as an associate product manager, product owner or producer Experience working in ecommerce and/or digital company Experience using data to solve real world problems Experience in an analyst, business intelligence, or engineering role a plus Competencies Does the right thing, takes action and adapts to change Self-motivates, believes in accountability, focuses on results, makes plans and follows through Believes in humility, shares best practices, desires to keep learning, measures performance and adapts to improve results Thrives on a team, stays positive, lives our values Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.* Up to 1/3 of time: standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds Up to 2/3 of time: sitting, kneeling, reaching, talking, hearing *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
