Job Summary:

Q-Centrix is looking for an Associate Product Manager to focus on our rapidly growing technology solutions which support the capture, submission, and analysis of clinical quality data for hospitals.

Essential Functions:

  • Quickly learn about the products that are changing the healthcare market
  • Write business requirements and support our best-in-class engineering team as they bring them to life
  • Interpret and translate specifications into easily digestible user stories
  • Effectively work with a variety of teams to support the development of sales collateral, as well as training and release materials, able to influence cross-functionally, and build and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders, etc.
  • Prioritize and manage a backlog against team goals and objectives
  • Serve as the Product Owner during agile ceremonies such as grooming and sprint planning for a scrum team
  • Collaborate, plan and problem solve with the engineer lead
  • Create a roadmap with support from the Product Manager or leader
  • Own feature development through release - i.e., sign off on content and ensure all parties are executing appropriately
  • Conduct internal and external meetings independently cultivate relationship with both internal & external users

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Are the proud owner of a Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, business administration, economics, management information systems, computer science or marketing, or other applicable field.
  • Proficiency of the SDLC
  • Aren’t afraid to ask questions, but also enjoy solving problems independently
  • Love talking about technology and business process improvement
  • Aspire to become a Product Manager and have 2-5 years’ experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • CRM or SAP knowledge
  • Have healthcare industry experience

Work environment/Physical Demands: Continuous sitting and fine manipulation.

The target salary range for this role is $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year. An individual’s salary within this range is based on multiple factors including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. Salary ranges are reviewed, at minimum, annually and all team members are eligible for performance-based salary increases during our organization’s annual review period. The annual bonus payout may be higher or lower than target, dependent on individual and company performance and is considered variable pay.
