The Product Manager, Workforce will be responsible for aspects of the R365 Workforce product line and will work closely with Product Design and Engineering to drive our complete workforce strategy forward.

How you’ll add value:

  • Drive, develop and maintain the short-term and long-term product roadmap
  • Select, design, and write user stories
  • Evaluate, design, and prioritize features, bugs, and product debt
  • Curate ideas to inform the product roadmap
  • Conduct customer research including interviews as needed
  • Collaborate with engineering to plan, design, and deliver products that bring value to our users
  • Ability to see the big picture and manage the details
  • Communicate and present new product at company events
  • Receive constructive feedback for the purposes of iterating and improving the product
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, flexible work environment where you will have the opportunity to work on multiple products
  • Collaborate with Customer Success (CS) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams on customer, market and internal stakeholder feedback to inform product needs and roadmap prioritization
  • Work with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to strategize on how this product will be rolled out to both prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equally relevant degree in technology, computer science, engineering, marketing, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience and track record creating and growing products through the prioritization, design, and development of ideas
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Agile Methodology experience
  • Prior experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, HR Information Systems (HRIS), or HR/payroll software is highly desirable
  • Experience working in the restaurant is ideal
  • A solid understanding of current payroll regulations and laws, including wage and tax laws will be helpful
  • General knowledge of payroll management technologies

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

  • This position has a salary range of $100k-$135K. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
