About the Team The Financial Integrations team at Workday is growing, and we are seeking a Product Manager to join us in building innovative solutions that our customers rely on to seamlessly integrate Workday Financials to external systems and interoperate within a broader ecosystem. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with both passion and proven success in building products that drive real business outcomes. As the voice of our customers, you will strive to understand their needs and challenges, including any nuances that are unique to their industry, geography, or business. You will define a compelling product vision with actionable requirements and collaborate cross-functionally across the company, our customers, and our partners to bring that vision to fruition. Additionally, you will deliver presentations and demos to enable our customers to realize the full value of Workday. About You Basic Qualifications 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS applications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical major Proven track record of successfully collaborating with developers, QA, and UX designers in delivering products that deliver tangible results for customers Other Qualifications A fast learner who pays attention to details and thrives on creatively solving tough problems in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in conveying complex business or technical concepts to a variety of audiences Experience engaging with customers and partners while demonstrating a high degree of empathy Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate across teams, both internally and externally Ability to digest technical specifications, translate them into clear functional requirements, and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical team members Experience building scalable integrations between enterprise software applications and external systems Understanding of integration platforms, REST APIs, and SOAP technologies Experience with corporate finance or accounting at multinational organizations is a plus Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
