About the Role As a Product Manager for Workday, you will be instrumental in the strategy, implementation and improvement of how our Workmates use the Workday product. Your role will involve discovering and defining customer objectives, while encouraging solutions that generate measurable value and meet the needs of our holistic business. You will also leverage data to define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, while also keeping a pulse on technology trends across Compensation and Employer Benefits. About You Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working on technology-powered products in roles such as product manager or consultant. Holds an active Workday Certification across HCM, Compensation, and Benefits Other Qualifications: Collect and prioritize user input from multiple sources, such as users, leaders, and partners. Lead the future development of existing Workday user experiences. Craft a strategy for the Compensation and Benefit product areas Apply modern product discovery and delivery techniques to drive innovation. Analyze and interpret data to develop hypotheses and define experiments to prove or disprove them. Demonstrated ability to collect, synthesize, and prioritize user input from multiple sources. Identify solutions to complex problems with multiple constraints, assess risks, and present well-structured, data-informed arguments. Learn multiple functional areas of the business. Build relationships across highly visible stakeholder groups. Create and deliver presentations that succinctly communicate the product roadmap. Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, designers, and company leaders. Apply agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence). Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
