About the Senior Product Manager Role
DUOS is looking for an experienced product management expert to join our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate is passionate about building impactful solutions that create measurable value for both our end users and enterprise customers. In this role, you will spearhead products through their end-to-end lifecycle, from shaping product vision to requirements gathering to scoping, execution, delivery, optimization, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that is aligned to our key business objectives and market and user trends
- Partner closely with various internal teams (design, tech, marketing, operations) to collect and synthesize feedback from users, customers, and internal stakeholders that will inform the vision, strategy and product roadmap
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Establish and track metrics to measure product use and impact
- Use a data-informed approach to identify and implement new product innovation and/or enhancements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles that involve product development, product management, and/or closely related functions within tech startups or similarly dynamic environments
- Experience building successful consumer-facing digital products
- Track record of building products based on thoughtful, quantitative, user-focused insights
- Ability to organize, collaborate with, and lead cross-functional teams
- Effective, clear, and concise communication and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of user onboarding, retention, and growth strategies
Nice-To-Have Qualifications
- Experience with digital healthcare products and services
- Domain expertise in Medicare/MA and population health
- Subject matter expertise in behavioral science and how to apply it to consumer-facing technology
Additional Job Details
- This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Chief Technology Officer
- This role is remote and may be based anywhere in the U.S., though preference is given to candidates in the Washington D.C. and Minneapolis metro areas
- Expected base salary range of $120K-$150K, based on experience and skills
- Additional total compensation includes company equity, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible remote work environment
