As Knotch’s Sr. Product Manager, you will own end-to end product development by working with other product team members to understand customer demands and manage day to day development, amongst other things. You will work closely with our Head of Product, Matt Davis, as well as team members from our engineering, sales, and marketing teams. Your analytical reasoning skills and ability to work collaboratively with others are key traits that will help you understand what our customers need and build capabilities that match that need in our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product development by working with Head of Product and other Product team members to identify customer pain points, define product requirements, manage day-to-day development, testing, and launches.
  • Help drive the product lifecycle, from researching market needs, writing detailed user stories and delivering the product to market in partnership with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Drive product adoption while understanding and reporting against product usage and success metrics.
  • Understand our customers and stakeholders: Conduct interviews and analyze usage data to define personas, user journeys, and critical use cases.
  • Run day-to-day product operations in partnership with Engineering, including Daily Standup, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Planning.
  • Manage complexity: Deliver value while handling the surprises and challenges of a quickly evolving product with ambitious targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience
  • 3+ years managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.
  • 3+ years of experience gathering customer requirements and creating customer-centric product designs
  • 1+ years of experience managing AI software products, including familiarity with mainstream LLMs
  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, OR equivalent experience
  • A team player with a relentlessly positive outlook and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Intimate knowledge of Agile methodologies and core values to deliver work within Scaled Agile framework (SAFe)
  • Experience in small and/or startup companies (5-50 employees) preferred, with the ability to wear multiple hats and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to translate quantitative and technical details into clear, succinct summaries and/or recommendations

Salary & Working Hours

  • Salary $140,000-180,000. Final salary will be determined based on years of experience. This is a full time remote position.
