We’re Looking For: We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager with experience in delivering high value software in a sustainable manner. You will be part of a team of agile delivery managers responsible for leading planning, alignment, and execution of programs and projects with transparency. You will be involved in facilitating team and program events, managing risks, removing impediments, and communicating with program stakeholders. In this role you will have the opportunity to use your experience in agile leadership while demonstrating your business and technical acumen. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience delivering scalable high-volume SaaS and mobile solutions. You Are: An agile leader. You are often first to act and model the desired behavior to ensure successful and quality execution; you can coach and support a variety of team member roles with varying levels of experience. You can address 1 to 50 people on a meeting or call and can craft concise written messages explaining complex scenarios in straightforward terms. Adaptable. Detail-oriented. You pay attention to the specifics even when performing implementation at a program level. Technically competent. While you will not write code, you are able to converse with technical team members in order to support their work and to perform your duties effectively. You Will: In the first 30 days, you will establish an ideal way of working with your teams, adapting your understanding of agile with the working culture of the organization In the first 6 months, you will work with the teams to deliver multiple releases—leading, supporting, and aligning the program teams to deliver the product roadmap Facilitate and support the capability of product engineering teams to meet team and stakeholder objectives (initiatives include new development, implementations, infrastructure projects, and ongoing production support) Ensure teams are working on the highest priority work in the most efficient manner Implement a lightweight but effective risk and impediment management system; assist with removing impediments Make the progress of the program outcomes visible to all stakeholders in an efficient and transparent manner using dashboards and other tools Align teams and stakeholders in delivering high-value product capabilities and outcomes in an efficient and sustainable manner Maintain the cadence of cross-org programs and efficiently communicate updates to stakeholders via various channels Coach teams in agile best practices Partner with product and engineering leaders to develop the go-to-market strategy and execute on the plan Who You Will Work With: Reporting to the Director of Agile Delivery, this role will collaborate with all related stakeholders including partners and leaders in product, technology, and delivery on a daily basis You will work with product engineering teams contributing to the program deliverables, including teams working on dependent work Collaborate with fellow delivery team members to refine, improve, and execute on our delivery framework Collaborate with the product teams, engineering teams, stakeholders, and team members to define clear value-driven objectives and success criteria on various initiatives Must Haves: 3+ years of working experience as Delivery Manager, Program/Project Manager, Product Manager, ScrumMaster, or similar roles, delivering medium-to-large scale SAAS programs involving software development and operations teams Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field Possess a Scrum Master Certification or similar Agile certifications; PMP certification Solid understanding and experience with various Agile Methodologies and project management frameworks Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders Capability and drive to enact continuous improvement to increase the productivity of the team and quality of deliverables Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail Nice to Haves: Experience with AzureDevops, Notion, ServiceNow, and similar work-tracking tools Experience with implementation of Saas systems preferred What We Offer: Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision benefits with employer HSA contributions (US) and FSA options (US) Immediately vested 401K (US) or RRSP (Canada) with company match Paid Vacation, Personal, and Sick Time Paid maternity and paternity leave (US) Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&D (US) Robust Employee Assistance Program Employer paid Leap into Service Day to volunteer Tuition Reimbursement for eligible programs Opportunities to expand your skill set and share your knowledge across a publicly traded, global organization Company culture of internal promotions, diverse career paths, and meaningful advancement Sound like a match?
