Product Manager
The Product Manager will support the Case Ready Value Added (CRVA) Business Unit in current and new project activities, assisting the Business Operations team to achieve growth in EBIT and sales volume.

Management Level: P5 Product Manager Summary: Support the Case Ready Value Added (CRVA) BU in current and new project activities. Assist Business Operations team to achieve growth in EBIT and sales volume. Manage ongoing projects within the Case Ready BU, including communication with stakeholders, tracking progress, and updating project trackers. Assist CRVA business operations team by publishing weekly and monthly price lists and coordinating raw material procurement. Manage aged inventories in ORP and SAP order entry systems and find solutions for excess inventory. Provide logistics solutions for new and existing customers, conduct quarterly freight reviews, and coordinate labeling and packaging opportunities. Work with claims team to resolve product rejections and assist in managing NPDs. Lead cross-departmental meetings to facilitate packaging, scheduling, and logistics opportunities. Perform other assigned duties. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience. Proven track record in managing and meeting volume and profit targets. Demonstrated strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong collaborator with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment. Computer Skills: Very proficient in Microsoft, ORP, and SAP. Travel: 2-4 trips per year. Supervisory: None.
