The Lead Product Manager of the Humana.com Storefront will lead and manage the strategy as well as execution of initiatives supporting the Experience Transformation Personalization efforts. The Lead Product Manager for the Storefront is a key member of the Acquisition product team that conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use, working on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter and leader who collaborates and influences effectively across different levels of the organization. The Lead Product Manager for the Humana.com Storefront is accountable for driving strategy, prioritization, and overseeing execution. Through close collaboration with design strategy, business strategy, analytics, and development partners, the Lead Product Manager sets direction and makes decisions. The role will apply human centered design, lean startup, and product management discipline to the customer experience, taking an iterative approach to developing experiences and managing them through optimization and/or sunset decisions. The Lead Product Manager will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding the approach to initiative execution, and will perform work without direction and with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Key Accountabilities: Balance the needs of the customer and business to deliver exceptional experiences and business results for the Experience Transformation omni-channel personalization efforts, including but not limited to Adobe platform configuration and “next valuable” discussions Through partnership with customer experience, platform, and business leadership, define a Storefront Personalization roadmap, use case value stories, and requirements for an omni-channel experience to include the full life cycle of customers from research and shopping for insurance products, through enrollment as members, including retention opportunities Represent the customers needs with enterprise partners, making prioritization and trade off decisions based on the overall business strategy Work closely with enterprise and solution architects to align requirements with the various enterprise platforms and North Star architecture Partner with cross-functional leaders of Experience Transformation and others to define the impact of the personalization strategy, identifying needed pivots, new use cases or new capability needs Manage the linkages and interdependencies of solutions within the Humana.com + Acquisition portfolio and of work occurring in other parts of the enterprise Strategic planning: Candidates must have the ability to see the big picture and use that ability to set plans and goals for cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate through disruptive technologies, new competitors, and fast-changing customer expectations to create a product strategy that is backed by data and consumer needs. Value Determination and Prioritization: Candidates must have excellent skills assessing value and understanding feasibility to determine how to sequence the product roadmap. This includes prioritization at multiple altitudes including epic, feature, and story roadmaps and backlogs. Curiosity and Empathy: Curiosity and a human-centered approach will drive candidates to find relevant data and turn it into information that can help improve their products. Candidates will be consumer-obsessed and driven to have proven solutions to consumer problems before adding work to the product roadmap. Data Obsessed: Candidates must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how users leverage products and determine optimization opportunities. Candidates must demonstrate advanced skill reading and interpreting multiple product analytics sets to improve digital product performance. Communication: Candidates must be able to inform and influence across multiple audiences through clear, concise materials that create shared understanding of the requirements, contribution/performance, and importance of the digital work. Demonstrating these skills involves conveying information in a simple, easy to understand manner without losing the core message. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in strategy development, customer experience, or product management Experience working in healthcare Strong organizational skills and experience in initiative and program planning and execution Demonstrated high learning agility and tolerance for ambiguity Strong collaborator, both virtually and in-person Demonstrated strengths in problem solving, communications, interpersonal skills, big picture thinking balanced with attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Executive presence Preferred Qualifications MBA or other advanced degree Experience working in agile teams Experience orchestrating personalized experiences for a digital product Strong understanding of continuous discovery in practice Work-At-Home Information To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $123,800 - $170,400 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
