About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager for our Consumer team, you will own the end-to-end renting journey through the Kyte app and website and have the unique opportunity to elevate a category-defining product to the next level. The ideal candidate will drive customer-centric innovations through data-backed conviction, demonstrate strong ownership in solving problems in the digital and physical realms, and obsess over the details of our customer experience.

Location: This role can be located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City.

What You’ll Do

  • Go deep in product discovery, using quantitative and qualitative insights from Kyte customers to generate and validate hypotheses. You will conduct, analyze, and document experiments against key company metrics
  • Be an advocate for customers internally and push for constantly raising the quality of the experience we deliver. Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teammates (e.g. engineering, operations) and build alignment on your product priorities and roadmap
  • Act as an extreme owner in your product area, finding scalable solutions to the problems that our customers face while ensuring sustainable unit economics
  • Work directly with our Head of Product on defining Kyte’s long-term product roadmap, ensuring we continuously innovate on customers’ behalf
  • Own the end-to-end product development process, from defining and sizing opportunities, to executing on features, to testing and releasing, and finally analyzing and communicating outcomes
  • Work directly with our Consumer team consisting of ~5 engineers, and collaborate closely with our design, operations, growth and legal teams
  • Run the consumer product rituals (quarterly planning, sprint plannings, bug triaging) to ensure continuous progress and improvement of your product

Required

  • Minimum 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • BS degree
  • Consumer Product experience, built a consumer-facing product before
  • Experience with SQL
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment (startup or fast-growing big tech company)
