Position Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Agile team as Product Owner Manage and maintain Product Backlog for an Agile Team(s) Integration across Agile teams and organizations for streamlined work priorities Decompose Product Features into User Stories Support Scrum Leaders and Release Train Engineer (RTE) with Agile Ceremonies Engage Product Management to understand Delivery Priorities by supporting the development of the Product PI Roadmaps, Quarterly Business Review metrics, Product Solution Roadmap and agile team capacity Escalate product impediments to Product Management Manage Resource Capacity Lead Planning Meetings This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 2+ years of experience working as a product owner and/or product manager in agile development 2+ years of experience working with SAFe or Agile methodologies 2+ years of experience leading projects and/or individuals in software development lifecycle tasks 2+ years of experience with SharePoint set-up, WebEx set up and records management systems 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint Adept at communicating and working with a global team in virtual and face-to-face environments Strong execution, communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience working as a product owner and/or product manager in agile development 3+ years of experience working with SAFe or Agile methodologies 3+ years of experience leading projects and/or individuals in software development lifecycle tasks 3+ years of experience with SharePoint set-up, WebEx set up and records management systems 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience Familiar working from a backlog management tool (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.) Business Acumen High focus on Quality Keen attention to detail Positive attitude, diligence, engagement, and customer focus Typical Education/Experience: Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
