We are looking for a star Product Leader to join at an exciting growth point for the company. Reporting into the CPO, this position will be responsible for setting the growth and innovation trajectory for the key part of our product portfolio. This hands-on contributor role will manage a small team of product managers while working closely with UX, Engineering and QA teams. 

In this role, you will own the direction for the Licensing and Registration, and Tax and Compliance suites. You will work with customers, implementation teams, support teams, sales engineering team to gather product ideas that are then turned into product roadmap. You will also be responsible for defining a strategy to increase the TAM by moving up market, adding add-on services to the existing suites and looking for product opportunities to expand the portfolio. 

Success in the role will be measured on the overall revenue growth of the product suites and through the timely execution of product deliverables. 

Responsibilities 

  • Own and define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the GovOS Licensing and Registration, and Tax and Compliance suites.
  • Effectively collaborate with all parts of the organization to arrive at a highly defensible product roadmap that drives customer outcomes and revenue growth. As a professional prioritizer – you can prioritize among competing opportunities, balance technical needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions.
  • Work in partnership with Engineering Leadership in defining the quarterly plan and sprint plans for delivering the roadmap with precise timelines and highest quality.
  • Be the voice of the customer by proactively identifying and resolving customer issues to increase customer satisfaction and net retention.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure everyone has visibility and accountability in the plan and collate any information you need to achieve this.
  • Establish metrics and milestones to track progress of the product towards the overall goals and vision.
  • Translate complex, technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences at all levels across the business.

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience building B2B enterprise SaaS products for mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience leading multiple product portfolio working within an agile development framework.
  • At least 2+ years of experience leading a team of product managers
  • Proven record of driving business growth, customer satisfaction over an extended period of time.
  • Experience managing licensing, tax, ERP, HRMS, CRM solutions is highly desired.
  • Experience collaborating with leadership, engineering, and product managers in a complex organization of interdependent products.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to back up assumptions and recommendations and drive actions.
  • A strong system thinker who can deconstruct complex problems into smaller parts.
